Product description:
Two components,black or gray paste,with good thixotropy,doesn’t flow,suitable for the blade coating corrosion resistant operation on
the equipment surface,it will generate the elastic rubber material after curing,with strong bonding force to the substrate,high strength,
water resistant,corrosion resistant,aging resistant.It is mainly used in the preparation of elastic corrosion resistant rubber coating on
various equipment surfaces.

Product features:
This materia after curing is the elastic material,it can effectively resist water vapor,intrusion and corrosion from other corrosivity medium
to smear it on the equipment surface and edge crack,it can also adapt the temperature difference distortion and deformation under load of the equipment

How to use:
1.Surface treatment: Do the rust cleaning and coarsening treatment on the pending-repair parts,and clean it with cleaning agent or
brush coating the special prime coat according to requirements,also do the coarsening treatment for the non-metal substrates,make sure
that the surface should be clean,dry and coarse during construction.

2.For the workpiece of brush coating with prime coat,should do the next operation until after the prime coat curing.

3.The preparation: Make A and B two components mix uniformly according to the specified weight ratio.

4.Coating: Make the well mixed materails be blade coating on the equipment surface uniformly,should do a layer of pre-coating before the whole applying adhesive for the edge crack parts.

5.Curing: It can be put into using after curing for 24 hours at the temperature of 25 degree,when the temperature is below zero,should prolong
the curing time to promote curing for using better.

Transportation storage:
Sealed storage in the cool and dry place.The warranty period is 6 months.Avoid placing it upside down,knocking against and transporting it
as a non-dangerous product during transportation.

Packaging specifications:
Two components,20Kg/set,packed in a plastic drum.
